O<\/strong><\/span>steopathy is a very gentle and holistic body treatment where you lie comfortably and warmly on a treatment table. The goal is to track down blockages of various kinds and make the body permeable. You can imagine it as a conversation with all your structures: the organs, bones, muscles, fascia, fluids, and every single cell. Through touch, the body is encouraged to remember its inherent knowledge of health. It loves this, as it is always seeking balance. <\/p>\n

T<\/strong><\/span>his dialogue is made possible, among other things, by very deep relaxation\u2014much deeper than during sleep. In this state, your body, mind, and soul reach a level where old patterns that have manifested over the course of your life can be released. Often this happens very subtly, and suddenly “something is different,” physically or within your emotional world. You have come a step closer to your soul, your self, and your original life force. <\/p>\n

M<\/strong><\/span>y osteopathic work focuses primarily on women, children, pregnant women, infants, or women wishing to conceive. In the case of pregnancy-related complaints or issues with infants, I will endeavor to find an appointment as quickly as possible. <\/p>\n

R<\/strong><\/span>eleasing is a form of work using words within the emotional field. This is a field that extends beyond the body and is primarily determined by the heart. Everything we carry in our hearts manifests as emotion in this field: joy, grief, fear, anger, shame, guilt, resignation… The heart then signals the feeling of “joy,” for example, to the brain. The brain reacts and produces corresponding biochemical substances, such as serotonin, which positively influences the body and our well-being. Or negatively, as with fear, where we might feel physically ill. When emotions are balanced, we feel well. This is an extremely simplified description, but it illustrates the central importance of the heart. <\/p>\n

D<\/strong><\/span>uring Releasing, I sit beside you in your field and focus on the request that the blockages ready to be recognized and resolved may reveal themselves. Sentences and affirmations then form within me, which I ask you to speak aloud so that your ears can hear them. This allows you to perceive yourself on a deeper level without your intellect being involved. <\/p>\n

T<\/strong><\/span>ransformation becomes possible. The field changes, and through the heart, a new pattern can emerge in the brain, which in turn influences the body. The old may leave. The disconnected may return. Relationships can find order, false beliefs and unconscious vows can dissolve. Forgiveness is given space\u2014extending beyond this life. For some things we have brought with us, while others we carry from generations before us. <\/p>\n

T<\/strong><\/span>he heart is far more than the highly complex center of our circulation. It possesses about 40,000 neurons, forming its own “brain center.” It sends more information to the brain than it receives from it. It produces feel-good hormones such as oxytocin, norepinephrine, and dopamine, and has a massive electromagnetic field\u20145,000 times stronger than that of the brain and measurable up to three meters beyond the body. <\/p>\n

T<\/strong><\/span>his field is filled with our feelings, whether conscious or unconscious. The heart conducts the rhythm of our being and is undoubtedly number one in the body: it begins to beat on the 22nd day after fertilization, at a time when the cerebrum did not yet exist. <\/p>\n

H<\/strong><\/span>eartMath therapy is about establishing harmony between the heart, brain, and body, and synchronizing the body’s most important systems.<\/p>\n

T<\/strong><\/span>o do this, I measure heart rate variability (HRV) with a special device. It shows how flexible and adaptable the heart, and thus the body, is to stress. This makes it possible to find out, for example, if there is a risk of burnout, what the energy level is, or the level of overall health. <\/p>\n

W<\/strong><\/span>e then look at how stress can be reduced with HeartMath training and how old negative emotional patterns\u2014often the cause of stress\u2014can be unlearned and new healthy patterns learned.<\/p>\n

IACD stands for “Induced After Death Communication.” This approach was developed in the 1990s within the framework of EMDR therapy with traumatized American soldiers. <\/p>\n
