Craniosacral Treatment
Craniosacral Osteopathy was developed as a subfield of osteopathy in the 1930s by William Sutherland.
It is a gentle manual treatment method that primarily focuses on the rhythmic impulses expressed through the cerebrospinal fluid, the motility of the brain, the membranes, and the mobility of the cranial bones and the sacrum.
Through gentle, mindful touch, the body’s rhythms are listened to—their quality, frequency, and expression—to then support the tissue, release blockages, and improve the ability for self-regulation through targeted, non-invasive techniques.

Craniosacral Treatment

The complete training comprises 7 courses and 5 review days. The courses should be taken in the specified order.
It is possible to withdraw from the course program at any time or to take longer breaks.
The theoretical and practical parts of the training are equally weighted in each course.

Craniosacral Review Days
Review days are offered for each course and should be completed by the end of the training.
During the review days, the techniques of the individual courses are repeated, and hand positions are corrected. There is an opportunity to clarify questions.
