My Mission

What drives me is passion, enthusiasm, and inspiration. The question of why things are the way they are.

Decades of experience and working with osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, or releasing have enabled me to continuously refine my perception. Adding new puzzle pieces to the wondrous picture of life. Truly feeling how heart and brain, body, mind, and soul interact, and how everything is connected to everything else.

Empirical experiences that the renowned HeartMath Institute in California has now scientifically investigated and confirmed multiple times.

Finally, dealing with death and grief has led me beyond all these dimensions into an even broader field and taught me that truly everything is one and never lost.

I was born in Saarland in 1968 and have been working there in my own practice since 1995.

Education

  • Education 1988 – 1991 Training as an occupational therapist (work and activity therapist),
    Elisabethstiftung Birkenfeld/Nahe
  • Since 1990 Releasing hospitations and self-experience
  • 1994 Leadership training with the founders of the method Dr. E.E. Lindwall and Yolanda Lindwall
  • Several years of assisting at workshops throughout Europe
  • 1996-1998 Training in Craniosacral Treatment with Lisa Kerr
  • 1990-2000 Pediatric Craniosacral Treatment with Joelle Kubisch
  • From 2000 Training in Visionary Craniosacral Treatment Milne Institute, many years of assistance and translation work
  • 2005 Pediatric Craniosacral Treatment with Klaus Gregor and Eva Mielke
  • 2005 to 2010 Osteopathy training College Sutherland, Hamburg location
  • 2010 Heilpraktiker examination with certificate of appointment
  • 2011 – 2013 Pediatric Osteopathy training at the AON
    Directed by Dr. med. Andrea Lamberts DO
  • 2014 – 2020 Pediatric training with Norbert Neumann at FAFO, concluding with examination certificate
  • 2015 – 2018 Bachelor’s degree Steinbeis University
    Bachelor of Science in Health Management, Therapy Sciences and Complementary Methods with a specialization in Osteopathy
  • 2020-2024 Deep Cranio training with Norbert at FAFO
  • 2020 and 2024 Training with Heartmath in Heartmath Therapy
  • 2025 Training in IACD Grief Therapy with Juliane Grodhues

Professional Life

  • 1991-1995 Reha-Westpfalz, Landstuhl, special kindergarten
  • Since 1995 self-employed in my own practice in Homburg/Saar
  • Since 1995 leading Releasing workshops and Releasing retreats
  • Since 2000 leading trainings in Craniosacral Treatment

Member of BVO (Federal Association of Osteopathy) and RFVD (Releasing Professional Association Germany)
(I have been on the board for years, meaning I also plan annual professional conferences, etc.)
